  We have been using this taxi for years. Easy to book and adjust via the website. Drivers have always been on time, both the outward and return journeys. Telephone contact upon arrival at the airport. Friendly drivers. Price is also very good. So very satisfied.

  We had booked a taxi a week in advance for the return trip from a wedding. This was confirmed. On the day itself we received an email that the ride was cancelled because they could not arrange a driver. We were already at the wedding and had already been drinking. Because of this we had to arrange something else at the last minute. Very bad thing to let us know so late. Not recommended.

  7-9 taxi ordered here for today 14-9. Before the trip there and back, I received an email stating that I don't have to do anything and that it is planned. On the day itself I receive a call at 4:00 PM that the return taxi ride cannot be arranged (outward journey was 9:00 PM and return 3:00 AM) unfortunately they cannot arrange a driver!!??? Huh? I have had a confirmation for a week and on the day itself (I was just in our hotel room) I received a call telling me that I have to figure out how to get back myself. Very special and extremely unprofessional. Fortunately, after half an hour of calling, I was able to arrange something else. So imagine you have a booking with them, don't be so sure that everything will turn out fine (although they do give the expectation)
