  I arrive at schipfol airport. Very hard to find the lounge. Afte I found the lounge, and having a programmed transfer, they tell me to sit down and wait another 20 minutes for the transfer. Really bad service, usually the driver waits outside arrivals with a sign and takes you straight to the car. It is not the client who waits 20 minutes for driver, it is better to get a regular taxi and you will save money and time.

  We were charged almost Double what I was quoted for our taxi to the airport. I called ahead of time to schedule and was given a quote to pick up 5 people and bring them to the airport. I gave them all the information upfront, nothing changed. I'm extremely disappointed, I do not recommend this taxi service.

  VIP coach for our daughter's wedding. Chauffeurs were 15 minutes early both ways. Service was impeccable... nothing to fault whatsoever. Keep up the great service.

  Do not use this company if you don't want to die! We were a group of colleagues on a business trip. The driver was speeding and using the mobile phone without hand free equipment and therefore using only one hand on the steering wheel. We told the driver this was not acceptable, and we told the driver to stop using the mobile and to drive slower. The driver got upset with us and told us that “he was working with the mobile phone… ” like if that was a good reason… and instead of stopping he continued to use the mobile phone and continued to drive very fast. At a certain point he had to brake very hard to avoid a collision. This has happened the evening of the 12th of May 2022 on a ride from Schiphol to Amsterdam city center. The number plate of the black Mercedes Van is TT-123-L.
