  We had a party and unfortunately we ran out of beer and googled. And we found bier taxi nonstop Amsterdam. And I ordered beer and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The delivery time was 31 minutes but I arrived in 15 minutes. Congratulations! I highly recommend!

  Simple 6 pack of beer ordered the other night! Paid 22:74 euros via Uber eats/paypal but also charged by the driver on spot! Only later noticed that the payment was done via PayPal! Uber does not want to assist on this, simply saying we can’t refund you! Therefore I’m kindly asking the owner to be so kind to refund the double paid money! Things like this can happen and I can understand that, but refusing to refund me is not a nice business model! Edit: it’s very nice from the owner to make an adjustment cuz the delivery address was wrong, but you don’t have a right to scam me by charging me twice! Be fair and say either we cancel the order (cuz provided a wrong address) or tell me how much extra I need to pay! U have no right to charge me twice cuz I was drunk! When I called you yesterday you repeatedly told me that I was charged only once! Now I see that you knew that I paid twice but did not wanted to admit it! Again, everyone can make a mistake, and I would survive with no beer! But I can’t accept that u used the opportunity and scammed me! I simply wanted to ask for my money back! But that won’t be the case as I see!

  Ordered via Uber Eats and I can’t reach them? It’s been over 1,5 hours and I ordered 21:15 so very decent time… Update: i am getting a refund but still really annoying!

  Unacceptable they said they were coming at some point and I received my order with a delay 1 hour and 40 minutes. At some they decided don't pick up the phone so no updates about something that was paid, and with the consequences that it has... rely on something to have a nice evening and those people ruin your plans is the worst...they should be ban from the different platforms like Uber eats if they keep on doing promises they cannot afford.

  They just marked the order as delivered after 10 min from placin in. It’s a joke
