  The worst logistics company I have ever had contact with. Do not trust on what they agree. Ordered through VidaXL they tried to deliver and tried scheduling a 2nd attempt by calling directly. They tried delivering on a different date than agreed, never received a call from the driver and they refused to deliver again even when this wasn’t the agreement. I tried recovering the packages a couple of days later and to my surprise they already shipped back the company. They could have told me that on the email when I confirmed the pickup times at warehouse.

  Unfortunately not a good experience. Waited at home all day for nothing. That there is a delay can happen, but zero communication.
