  Excellent hotel, stayed in the suite with family and found the room well planned and furnished. Breakfast spread was great and the staff were cordial and professional. Shuttle service from the airport is smooth and hassle free and makes it very convenient mode of transport. Location has a bus stop nearby by no direct connection to the airport.

  Normal hotel to stay overnight between flights. Or to do business nearby. Or even Amsterdam. It is good that there is a free shuttle there and back to the airport. There is also breakfast and dinner. There are rooms with a bathtub. There is even a sauna on the -1 floor. And the pool is small (I have never been in it). It's possible to rent a bike. It didn't cost me anything. So when the weather was nice I went to Amsterdam to Dam Square. Traffic was heavy. It takes skill and being in good shape for such a promenade.

  This is deceptively not by the airport. It’s a good 15 min drive. Additionally, breakfast not being included, the only other reason I picked this hotel was for the shuttle. I looked at the shuttle times, had everyone packed up and ready for a 9 am flight, the shuttle came. They said, you need a ticket. It’s 43 years of traveling, I’ve never needed a hotel shuttle ticket. And if it was required, I was informed about it at check in. There were at least four standing there in different languages ordering ubers while a half full shuttle took off. So I guess add a 40 euro round trip to cost.

  Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had high hopes for this hotel due to its brand name and proximity to Schiphol Airport, but unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown from start to finish. First off, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had a musty odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition — mold in the shower, clogged drains, and dirty floors. I even came across stained linens and reports of bedbugs from other guests, which left me feeling uneasy throughout my stay. Amenities like the pool and sauna were either closed or in disrepair, with no advance notice. The so-called airport shuttle is a complete mess. Long wait times, overcrowded buses, and surprise fees for the return trip made what should be a convenient service into a frustrating ordeal. It’s advertised as a free shuttle, but they conveniently leave out the fine print. Service was shockingly poor. Staff members were indifferent at best and downright rude at worst. Simple requests took forever to be addressed, and some staff acted like they were doing you a favor by helping. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. The location is also quite isolated, with very little to do nearby unless you’re willing to pay for a taxi or deal with public transport. To top it all off, the in-house restaurant was overpriced for the quality, and even basic amenities like air conditioning and in-room safes weren’t functioning. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. There are better and cleaner airport hotels in Amsterdam that actually care about their guests. Ramada by Wyndham Schiphol was a huge disappointment, and I won’t be returning.

  Hotel located near airport, at the Amsterdam suburbs. Rooms were clean and cosy. Basement was a small swimming pool and well equipped sauna zone with relaxation Area. Breakfast served good quality. Hotel Staff was very kind and nice. There were also bikes available for guests. Highly recommend this hotel for layovers between flights or just if you want to compromise between closure to airport and distance to Amsterdam (1.2 hour by bus)
