  Started our stay with a very helpful shuttle bus driver. Check in was smooth, with lovely staff. Had delicious tomato soup for lunch in the restaurant. Our server, Isabella was an absolute delight! 10 stars for her service! Overall, a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza.

  Excellent airport hotel. I got a room after a missed connection and had a great night’s sleep. The room has good temperature control and noise isolation. The breakfast menu is expansive. The shuttle to and from the airport is convenient.

  The staff there are so friendly! My entire positive perspective rests solely on how kind and helpful they were. The hotel is still a 10-minute drive from the airport so it could be worth just staying in the city center. The room was also bare bones. Just a bed, desk, and TV. It was not as cozy as I had hoped but it was clean and served its purpose as a place to rest my head for night.

  Park Plaza turned out to be an excellent hotel option during a missed flight layover in. Amsterdam. This is an excellent option with a great price point compared to those chain hotels in walking distance from Schiphol. I took off one star from the room rating because the dated TV didn't match the quality of everything else. Finally, I hope the hotel management reads this praise of Anita, the server at the restaurant, who worked so hard, in my observation, for all her guests, but she was especially kind and accommodating to me and my young son who was accompanying me on this trip. Please recognize Ms. Anita's excellent customer service and the ladies on the front desk too.

  Dear Park Plaza Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the pleasant stay we had at your hotel. The location is very convenient — just a 20-minute walk to tram number 1, which takes you directly to the city center. The free parking was also a great advantage. We found the quality of the services to be very good in relation to the price, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Ms. Izabela from the hotel restaurant. She is doing an excellent job and truly contributes to the positive image of your hotel. Her kindness and helpful attitude made a great impression on us and helped make our visit memorable.
