  Best ever hotel. Peaceful retreat and an Oasis at the periphery. The check-in was super fast and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Tim and Catherine are the angels of reception. Super quiet room with king bed and sofa bed, parking priced reasonably. Closer to The Hague than from Amsterdam city. The bonus is being close to Airport if you are in a short visit.

  So pleased that we booked this hotel the night before our flight out of Amsterdam. We were able to check in a bit early. Staff all helpful and courteous. The rooms were large & clean. We were delighted to take a real shower after staying four nights in a B&B that really didn’t have a shower. The free airport shuttle service and complementary breakfast were also excellent perks.

  Great service, especially young guy at the bar in the lobby. I believe his name was Ernestus. He went WAY out of his way to get us milk for our babies to take on our early flight next day. One of those little things that made you want to keep traveling a meeting people around the world. The rest of the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. They helped us get cribs for our babies too. Shuttle to the airport was on time and clean. Overall great hotel if you need to stay in that area.

  Wonderful stay with excellent staff and comfortable bed and pillows. Ernestas was our bartender the first night and server in the restaurant the next. Excellent service, and he was both professional and friendly. He helped make our stay memorable. The bed was super comfortable as I like my mattress a little on the softer side...I would say medium, but certainly not firm which is not for me! Pillows were 2 options, firm or soft. Sofa to sit on was comfortable, and the pull out bed wasn't awful but not super comfortable to sleep on for an adult...fine for a child and tolerable for adult (which some are not!) Although the hotel is near the airport, there is absolutely no noise, one of the quiest hotels I've stayed in! Food choices in the "market" are not so great, but the food in the restaurant is good. Decent options and everthing we had we enjoyed. We liked the pea soup so much we had it twice. Shuttle to the airport is spot on... on time and the driver gives you good instructions on where you need to go once you reach the airport which is close by. A few hicups were housekeeping did not have water in the room the first night, did not give us washclothes the second and did not replenish toilet paper or tissue for the third, HOWEVER the front desk took care of it immediately, so not a big deal. I was very pleased with our stay here.

  Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every detail was clearly thought out with care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay!
