  we have been to many hotels of this chain and are always satisfied. but this hotel was an exception. terribly unfriendly girl at the reception, the staff cannot satisfy the basic needs of the guest, the benefits of civilization such as shampoo, shower gel, they are absent! also the floor, after 5 minutes of staying in the room I noticed that my socks turned black🤨 it's just horrible. the price does not match the quality

  If you visit this hotel and like white socks, take 3-4 pairs because after 5 minutes in the room they will be black)) Shampoo and other goodies that are usually available in this chain are missing. Staff -1 cannot help with basic customer needs adequate price no more than 30€ per night for 2 person

  Do not go there. They assured us they had a secure bike shed. Our electrical bike was stolen while we were staying at the hotel. The door of the shed was hardly damaged, the 12 or so hotel branded bikes, unlocked, were still accounted for but the two locks securing our electrical bike were sawn off and our electrical bike gone. No one from the hotel heard a saw cutting our locks or saw a van embarking an electrical bike... How suspicious... And no will of the management to acknowledge security default...

  Food service chaotic . Rooms large but not serviced unless you specifically ask at the desk. Carpark flooded. Overcharge at every opportunity.

  Stayed here a couple of nights in business. Interesting building. Breakfast is served in the chapel. Staff very pleasant. Ate here one nuhht, food was fine. Rooms are in another building round the back. Would happily stay here again.
