Very disappointing stay for a supposed 4-star hotel. The location is inconvenient — only one bus every 30 minutes, often delayed. At €120 per night, you’d expect basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or at least a bottle of water in the room. But none of that was provided. The lighting in the room was extremely dim, almost like candlelight (see photo). Water pressure was low, making showers unpleasant. Overall, it feels like the hotel is cutting corners everywhere to save money, but still charging premium prices. Even the receptionist couldn’t bother to smile, not exactly a warm welcome. Definitely not worth the price.

if you come to the hotel as a single person, they give you a room with a single child's bed. The heating system is not very sufficient and there is a very strong sewage smell in the rooms from time to time. They can't find a solution... The lobby is nice but there is a hotel attendant who says go and sleep when it is 00:00 at night. It is a hotel that would never be preferred if it were not for business!

Very bad experience. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the centrum. no public transport... the room was horrible decorated with awful daek colors, and a small windows. very scary and suffocating... the. building and the entrance is not practical, the whole building looks from outside looks like and old psychiatry hospital . the reception inside is also very afwul decoreted and dark.. the breakfast very mediocre and poor for a 25 euros. very expensive.. Really I don't recommend at all.

We went here for a business trip with a larger group. It was arranged very nicely that we were almost all on one floor and in one location. The bar was nice and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean bur bathroom was a bit outdated and heavily smelled like bleach (which was difficult to get rid of since the window opened only partially.

The hotel manager, supervisor Diana, is a manager who causes problems for the customer and misdirects the staff. She even tries to interfere with where you will sit in the lobby. She is not a good manager. The staff admitted that she misdirected them. Choose another hotel.
