Great staff, very kind delivery man (very handsome) and helpful. Online order it say White wine Sauvignon Blanc 13%alc...#20 euro. I received 11% wine I received. Teste like water....but it was ok...for almost 50Euro...bit crazy! When I come from Work at 2am....I need a good glass of wine.. then i can sleep good.;) Was told i can call back for a free bottle of the real one. If that truly happens...i will give update. I say this with love....plz update your online/app stuff lol take care Charmaine

I had a problem with this company a month ago (my fault). After the incident, I called them a month later to resolve it, resolved and arranged the same evening. In short, a very reliable company!

It's that I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would. What a ball tent this is... I am missing an item from my order, but the driver indicates that he no longer has this item in his car... what do you think that it was not taken into the car at all??!! They try to get rid of it easily and don't want to redeliver or refund anything. I also see from the other reviews that this company simply does not take its customers seriously at all. Very unfortunate. I don't recommend anyone to ever order anything here!!

Extremely unreliable company!! They deliver half of your order and then act like they don't know anything!! They just plainly claim that the driver was sure he delivered it😂. You can forget that you will still receive your missing items or your money will be refunded. If you want to get ripped off, I advise everyone to order here!!
