  Great service at competitive cost! Found a reliable courier that had to collect, dismantle and pack 5 pcs 24" monitors for delivery from NL to RO. All products arrived in great condition.

  The service is very convenient. On posting a request, you receive an estimate and three bids from the service providers. I like that you only receive three bids, it’s makes it easy to choose and keeps you from being inundated with offers. The app also allows for easy communication with the service provider. It was my first time using pickitup and I wonder where they have also been, as it turns out I always need stuff to pick up.

  Waste of time and money, the company doesn't hold any accountability when issues happen with drivers (like showing up with no lofting materials and 1h30 late, then leaving without my item and ghosting me, I had to hear what happend from the seller). They kept 25% of the money for the driver, and the customer servies is non existing (messages left on read, still no real follow up in a week, no call back after filling the form while the website says that you get an answer in maximum 6 hours).

  Could not get response from pick this up service. Driver has picked up my goods from seller and disapeared. Goods were not delivered, and could not reach the driver over the phone or email. Reported the problem to support, and after first reply where they informed me they are trying to get in touch with the driver they stoped responding. No plan of action no compensation no transperency. Tried to call them for almost a week every day to get update what to do, they did not answer the phone or return my cals. I LOST 1000EUR worth of goods, and after two weeks still no solution or feedback from pick this support. Looks like they do not have control over their drivers. They don't take responibility for their service and do not ofer transperent terms and insurance to the buyer. After three weeks still with no reply. I WAS LEFT ANGRY AND DESPERATE. my next step is legal action and report to POLICE on my own. I was completely left out with no support. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! Later got refunded after three months with guidence from pick this up management.
