  Very very negative experience with this transport company that does shipments for GLS. Came to deliver 2 large packages. These were intended for the previous landlord who has not been here for a year. Unfortunately, this happens more often and can happen. We always tell the delivery people that this is no longer the correct address and that we refuse to accept the packages. We have to throw them away/dispose of them ourselves every time and given the size of the packages, this costs us money. The delivery person was very rude. After explaining several times that we refuse the package and do not want to accept it, he kept throwing the package in front of our door and wanted to drive away. We put the package in front of his bus and walked away. In the end, he threw the packages on the public road and drove away with a raised middle finger. Never experienced anything like this before. Most delivery people are normally very friendly, but not from this company. We informed GLS about this and filed an official complaint.

  Drama. The packages flew through the mailbox and my tablet was on the street. When I politely asked if this was normal and that there was a tablet in it, I got a rude answer. What do you mean, we do more than deliver? Outrageous service

  Not reported at home even though I was at home and could see the driver and van. Had nothing for me but has now delivered 3 packages to another street in two days. As long as I get rid of it, that driver's mentality seems to me to be the same. Fortunately, the PostNL app has the wrong delivery address so I at least know where the package is. Driver informed those people that I was not at home. So a lie in order to get away quickly. Meanwhile, a 4th package was not delivered today and was reported as not at home, even though I was at home and even saw the van and driver from my balcony. After a few minutes he came out again and at the same time I received a PostNL app notification that I was not at home and the package had been delivered to the neighbors. Lying is apparently normal for this delivery person. By the way, the complaints department of Speedy Koeriers from Bleiswijk responded to me politely and correctly. I have now also reported my complaint to PostNL and Bol. In the neighborhood app we have called on anyone who has the same complaint about this delivery person to report it in the neighborhood app.

  Very rude driver who almost runs you over with his delivery van. When I spoke to this dear gentleman about it, he said in a rude tone; "There is no zebra crossing here." And after this he drove away quickly. There is no zebra crossing in a parking lot and you saw me standing there, in my opinion you could not yet drive the long van. You misjudged the turn and would have run me over if I hadn't moved out of the way. You could also have said sorry..... That would have been nice, you will certainly be at your next delivery point on time because you were already driving faster than 55 kmh in the parking lot.

  Rude delivery person. I was in a huge hurry. A bus drives backwards from them into my street, which is a one-way street. This is not allowed because he came from the wrong side. I'm just about to drive away, but the driver parks his bus in front of my car, so I can't leave. I honked several times while he was still on the bus. He did not respond to this and delivered the package anyway, which also took forever. The worst part of all this was that he literally had several free parking spaces next to him where he could have parked his bus twice. Hope you do something about this. It was (5-8-2024, 19:10 in the JD van Mellestraat in Goes) bah bah, rude people
