Absolutely fantastic dining experience. I had the 4 course surprise menu and was amazed by the quality of the local ingredients (e.g. beef from cows grazing 300 metres away from the restaurant), the Indonesian twist on many of the courses, the amazing service and the excellent wine pairings. On Monday several restaurants were closed or full and we ended up here. A cozy restaurant at the small airport of Texel. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. Many dishes have an Indian touch, but not everything. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated. You pay a little more, but it's definitely worth it.
