It was the worst waiting ever. We had to wait for 70 minutes for our food. I asked for one time if it's still coming, waitor went to check and didn't come back with an answer. So in 10 minutes I turned around to ask for the second time. But a lady (maybe an owner) not even waiting for my question screemed over the whole terrace that it is coming. She was really pissed and have no idea why. Maybe just this kind of person. Unfortunatelly it was already over 21.00 and too late to go anywhere else. Without "sorry for waiting", any discount, or cheaf compliment it arrived in 10 more minutes. They even not offered a free coffee. Food was ok. Never will go there again.

We visited “De Taverne” for lunch with parents and family. The lunch menu is typical Dutch. The bread that is served with the courses is very good and so fresh that it looks like comming from the oven only minutes before.
