Wouldn't recommend. Bad service. Planned a shipment 4 days in advance - but after contacting themself on the day of loading (pallets are on the street) - it appears they chose to not come on the agreed date and schedule it to another date, without any communication. Customer service doesn't understand why this is totally unacceptable. You are not able to call them over the phone. Go with a forwarder directly instead of a broker like Quicargo. Totally unreliable. Don't use them.

Great service, easy to use, cheap, and they answered my question quickly over the phone. Will keep on using - so far so good ! ONLY Remark : Their amazon service is only provided if you send your cargo from the netherlands. As I am based in Belgium, it is a pity.. hopefully they will update this service soon !

Bad experience with this transport broker. They have absolutely no say in what the chosen transport company does. I had 2 cases where the shipped boxes where clearly opened upon delivery and 1 box was missing content as well. I filed a claim and it was rejected because their reasoning was I wasn't supposed to ship fragile goods. I stated that in the order which was accepted and now apparently they do not ship fragile goods!! The claim has also nothing to do with the goods being fragile. The boxes were opened and content was missing. Quicargo is an absolutely unreliable company pretending to know what they are doing and making false promises during the order process. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

One package was 5 days delay picking up because of theirs mistake, the other package wasn't pick up yesterday also. Company don't care about that what happened, they don't care about customers also. For them nothing happened and they are not going to even recompense that situation somehow. Now they also don't pick up the phone and I don't know why my other package again wasn't pick up on time.
