  Picked up a package yesterday... all holes in the box and dents in the product... When I arrived there were 10 people 'hanging' outside, the music was so loud that I could barely hear the staff. And I felt very uncomfortable. As an owner I would be very concerned about these staff destroying your business and reputation. One thing is certain: I will never order via DPD again.

  Excellent pick-up point. Easy to reach location. Friendly staff, good help. It's just annoying that this is a subcontractor. This means that the responsibility lies with UPS and if something goes wrong, UPS will not solve it properly. It's a shame that V&L can't do much without UPS and UPS doesn't want to help you solve it.
