  The room was overall comfortable, with well-organized spaces and a modern, functional bathroom. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. However, there are two aspects that could be improved: the mattress, which was not particularly comfortable, and the limited natural light due to the window’s poor exposure. All in all, a pleasant stay.

  It's way too expensive for what it provides. The rooms are crammed and reduced to the bare essentials (my room didn't even have a window!), the staff is friendly but often unhelpful. The breakfast is little more than bacon and some cereals, the public spaces are small. In short, you are much better off getting a hostel.

  I don't recommend it to anyone! They cancelled my booking without my knowledge, didn't return my money - they just screwed me. The staff is rude and impudent, especially the girls at the reception. Instead of helping, they are all hypocrisy and arrogance. They brought me to tears, ruined my mood and my entire vacation. The keys to the room are constantly glitching, I had to run and reboot them. Of all the staff, only the night administrator turned out to be a normal person. The service is zero, the attitude is disgusting. If you want stress and a spoiled impression, you are welcome. Everyone else - stay away from this place!

  Firstly, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is near the metro station so close and also so close to the center so you don’t lose any time and if you come for business if you’re seeking near hotel for exhibition, that is your choice. Only negative point is there was no window in my room and when I ask this situation, they told me before someone suicide and they sealed the windows.

  The location of the hotel is excellent—right next to the metro station, which made getting around very convenient. However, our check-in experience was quite disappointing. We arrived at 8 PM, which is five hours after the stated check-in time of 3 PM, only to be told that our room was not ready. This was frustrating and unexpected. We had to wait around 20 minutes at the reception while they arranged a room for us. The reception staff was not very welcoming, and the whole process felt poorly managed. Overall, the location is a big plus, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement.
