Location is good as 8 mins from a train station, and close to a number of shops/places to eat Booked 3 rooms, for myself and colleagues to attend a conference 15 min walk away and fundamental issue, is the photos on the website do not look anything like the real thing. Rooms are very sparse in decoration and not the bright hip rooms suggested. Its industrial chic but without the finish! Also, no iron when I needed to get some shirts sorted out, an annoyance OK to get sleep, but not a hotel I'd want to spend time in.

Stayed here with a group of people in February 2025. Hotel is ok , our room was just a mattress raised off the floor on a wooden platform. As I had a knee replacement I found it difficult to get down to the bed and back up again. Plug for safe and fridge were loose in our room. Room was not cleaned to a high standard. No tea service in rooms which was disappointing as we were buying tea from the bar down stairs and it was €3.60 each for a group of 5 of us each time we bought tea. I added it up we spent €150.00 on tea alone in the 1st 3 days as we are big lovers of tea. On the last night I needed up buying teabags and asking for hot water , which they did supply for free. On the 3rd floor there is a room you have to pass through and it was a mouldy smell in it. I have to say though the hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with all our questions .

Poor overall. Room looks nothing like on the website and booking.com app. We had a strange drains smell from the bathroom, sink did not drain properly and the tv did not work. We reported all of this and when we asked for an update they didnt seem to know anything. No point to keep on pushing as we just decided to just not spend time there and didn't want the stress on our short break. I think there a lack of care is from higher up as all the staff don't seem bothered, not just the odd one. Wouldn't recommend. Other hotels at simular prices are a better option.

Was very disappointed to find our rooms were dirty and smelly - covered in dust, sticky floors, smelt of damp, food on the floor / on the bed etc. The guy at reception was very helpful but alone with no housekeeping to support. We got a full refund and had to move hotels.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is completely different to what is on their website, false advertising at its best. The rooms have a horrible mouldy smell to them, the furniture is cheap and nasty with stains, the ceilings and floors are just concrete, I really did not want to take my shoes off. The staff are ok just very uninterested in the job. The location is also fine, 10mins on a train and your in the centre of Amsterdam. Personally I would avoid at all costs, as there are definitely better hotels that are cheaper than this which was €200 a night 😳
