  For the money, this was a great hotel. The rooms were very nicely maintained, clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. The location is a bit outside of the city but transportation is a short walk away and it takes about 10 minutes to get in to town. What I really appreciated about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was so kind and always helpful, they were great!

  Hello I have contacted reception multiple times to get my AC fixed. I booked just one night. My son and I got no sleep last night because we were traveling. I was looking forward to get some rest today before heading out tomorrow on another trip. We have been sweating all afternoon. I was told that they were going to reset the AC. Nothing changed. I called back and they said there is an issue, but no one had the courtesy to call me back to let me know. The lady at the front desk said the maintenance person will come tomorrow. I need a solution today. We need to be able to sleep tonight. She says there’s nothing they can do. We are extremely distressed and all she says is that is not her fault. There’s nothing that can me done. I asked for another room, she says there isn’t one available. Are there any other hotels you partner with XO that could accommodate us? Please attend my claim request soon. It’s unbearable. We need to be moved to a different room, even if it’s in a different hotel. Please take us to another partner hotel soon.

  Average stay – some serious downsides I stayed at XO Hotel Blue Tower and honestly expected a bit more. While the staff was polite and the room was generally clean, the hotel itself feels quite dated — it’s clear the building is old and could use some renovation. The surrounding area was quite disappointing: the square around the hotel was dirty and didn’t feel very welcoming. One of the biggest issues was the poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and other rooms, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. Overall, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. It’s okay for a short stay if you’re not too sensitive to noise or surroundings, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

  If you're gonna spend one or two nights and won't be in the room for most of the day, then it okayish. Other than that just spend the extra couple of euros and go to a better hotel, especially on the top floors, the wifi sucked and then noise from the highway was annoying, even with the windows closed. However shout to the staff, who really were sweet and nice.

  We stayed at the hotel for a week in May. Our rooms were very clean, the hotel is very calm and quiet. The location is very close to the metro, tram and bus stops. There are also markets and dining options around. We were pleased with the hotel, we recommend it.
