The rooms are nothing like what’s shown on booking.com. They are scamming people. They give guests prison-like cells that don’t even have a window to the outside. We couldn’t stay in that room, could they have stayed there themselves? They stole our money!! Do not come here, ever. There is no security, anyone can open the front door!! These people have lost all sense of humanity. We will file complaints with every relevant authority!

Really get what you pay for. Booked the double room. Bed isn’t a double bed but more like King size single. No floor space at all. Have to open suit case on the bed then move it again to sleep. We left things in what we thought was reception downstairs but that closes at 6. No one told us so we wearnt able to get them back as had to leave early the next day before it reopens at 8. Pretty disappointing stay. Is in a very good location though and fairly cheap

A hostel for mature folks. Around the block to yourright(back to building)go 2 blocks to catch the #2 tram. Which takes you to the main train station. ,( cross that street so train comes from your left)

- I have stayed here twice and would continue to stay here for the following reasons: -The location. Centrally located, this was walkable to everything and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. The area felt safe. - The view. The canal rooms are worth it. Great view of the canal, beautiful sunrise, and rooms on the upper floors have windows that open. - The breakfast (coffee, yogurt, and pastries available until 11:00 AM) - The staff were very helpful. - Very comfortable beds. - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels provided - clean I didn’t dislike anything, but here are some things to note that could impact your stay: - The small canal rooms are small. Upgrade if you need more space. - The bathrooms are also very small. You may need to leave the door open. - There is no elevator. You must walk up very steep and narrow stairs. If this is an issue for you, try to request a room on the first floor. - no air conditioning. I stayed in August, and the room temperature felt fine with the windows open. Bugs and mosquitos were not an issue.

It was really nice hotel , location was great. Room was super small actually. The stairs was challenging when we are high 😀İt has canal view . It was clean and reception lady was so kind and helpful. First day I wish they would inform us about reception tea and coffee services. We haven’t known there was a coffee at the entrance. Last day when we packed up we saw little info paper on the desk 😀 anyway it was good experience thanks a lot
