  We had a wonderful stay at the Blankenberge Hotel Avenue in Belgium. The family-owned and operated hotel is clearly managed with love and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The room was spotless and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and of excellent quality, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming; they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a personal, friendly, and high-quality experience.

  Excellent location. I must thank Claudia who checked me in as she was very friendly and also had a similar interest in music. I would expected more from rooms as it is a boutique hotel. Rooms are not sound insulated. I could hear two girls talking in the room above. Also when shower or toilet was used in rooms above you could hear the water rushing through the pipes. Other then that I would recommend. Very close to train station and beach. Hotel was very clean

  The owner is a huge scam : I got a severe knee injury several days before my booking so I asked him for a refund which he accepted saying we should cancel on booking.com before a certain date. So we did cancel the booking but he never sent any refund and brougt many new excuses to justify himself. We could have sent someone else not to lose the money if only he had answered earlier and if he had not promised a refund... I would never recommand anyone to go there !

  Very unprofessional, this hotel and the manager is a big scam. Very unclear in the communication, writing their email in such a way to get your money by cancelling. They do not respond to emails, or if so, they do not answer your questions. I would not recommend.

  Great Time for me and my son at the Avenue Boutique hotel in Blankenberge. The hotel is nearby the shopping center and close to the beach. All the people working there are really kind and helpful. We enjoyed the room comforts. The breakfast served every morning was good for every taste and needing. I surely recommend this Hotel for your holiday in Blankenberge!!!
