  My luggage was misplaced by airline, however when I phoned them the next day and told them I was leaving Amsterdam in less than 24 hours they told me to phone the courier directly. They were so helpful and gave me a time to expect them the same day. After a travel day and a full day in Amsterdam in the same clothes I can finally change my sweaty underwear and brush my teeth. Thanks Focus!!!

  Terrible courier service. They deliver at a random time with absolutely no notice, and give up on the delivery at the first opportunity. I live in an apartment complex and the courier arrived at 8:44 when reception was closed, again, with no text to me beforehand, and no call in advance to let me know the time of delivery. And subsequently they just gave up on the order and weren’t cooperative in resolving the issue, they refused to ask the courier to come back in a couple hours and refused to let me meet the courier where he was. Also upon contacting them about the issue they then ask you to pay for the delivery again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy.

  They park on the street and not on parking spot. This causes lot of inconvenience. No consideration for others.
