  Not what it used to be! The first time I went here it was great, great atmosphere, cool environment and a nice break from the heat outside. This was about a year ago. I recently went there and it's vastly different! First my husband and I were told that there were many things not available on the menu (rumeez, alcoholic drinks, smoothies, cakes etc). We proceeded to order shakes and coffee. We wanted two small shakes and got charged for 2 large ones. When asked he said we only have one size right now. That's fine. The price for the coffee was 50% more than what the menu stated! When we queried he simply said oh the price on the menu is incorrect. We should have been told this when we sat down. Why is a coffee on the menu $6 but we were charged $9. My shake (Buckingham palace) stated it comes with caramel drizzle, I received chocolate drizzle. I am not a fan of chocolate hence my choice. Not to mention the building was HOT. For a place that's enclosed and with A/C it was very very warm. My shake was good, it was rich and tasty. Not sure I'd be back in a hurry based on the other things.

  My dearest Friend took me out for my forever 30th birthday on the Friday 31st March 2023 ( fracture foot & cane ) 😆 I had a blast. Excellent customer service 👏🏾 I was offered a piggyback down the stairs 😆 🤣 😂 The pictures speak for themselves all smiles and laughter. Thanks for making my day 💕

  The restaurant was extremely warm to the point where customers asked the staff to turn on the AC. Our food order took really long to be delivered to the table and when it finally did, the order was messed up. As a first time customer, I didn’t feel welcomed.

  Great store, fair prices, and friendly staff. Had a few milkshakes here my last visit and the shop is extremely cute and has lots of promo on their Instagram! A modern must visit!

  The food was great. The service on the hand was horrible as soon as we entered the ladies were on they phones. The prices on ur menus and they prices we were charged do not correspond at all.
