Everywhere it says "P+R" — you park your car and should be able to buy a P+R ticket. But there’s no option to actually purchase one. I rang the intercom at the gate, and after 10 minutes, a woman told me that it's enough to just buy a tram ticket. After my trip to the city center, I came back only to find out I had to pay the full parking fee without any discount. I called again, and this time a man answered and told me bluntly that the system only works with a train ticket — then immediately hung up on me. I highly doubt it works even with that. This whole system feels like a complete scam. On top of that, the staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. A total waste of time and money. You're better off parking in the city center for that price.

Nice place and easy to travel to center but even with ov card we payed 13 euros for less than 4 hours

You do get a discount if you travel further by tram and bus. And it is substantial. I paid 7 Euro instead of the regular 19. But it is a bit complicated as the machine allows for many different cards. SO, here is how it works: First scan your OV card (top right on the machine) for discount. Then pay using regular bank card using the reader below the OV card reader (bottom right of the machine). Or using the NS Business card, using the reader on the left side of the machine. There is however a benefit to the complicated machine,;-) bc of all the negative reviews, there is ample space!

It is a scam! Stay away from this P+ R that is in fact not P+R. If you have an ov chipcard and take the tram or bus, you will pay full price!! When you call they just say sorry. It costs the same as to park in the city centre.

Outdoor parking. I bought day tickets from HTM for tram and busses, but those don't give you discount for the parking. Only when you travel by train. So that was a disappointment. The tram on the parking side of the NS station is in operation. The one on the other side of the NS station is not. So be aware of that.
