  The delivery people who came to our door were friendly, correct and reliable. If you are unexpectedly not at home, your package will be delivered to the neighbors or the collection point. It is nice that there is also a company name on the box, then they also have a reputation to uphold. Since they no longer deliver on behalf of PostNL in our street, it no longer feels good to have packages delivered to our home.

  Do not ring the doorbell or ring the bell and walk away immediately, thus leaving packages unattended. Even once a registered package. Or stuff the package (for which the sender has paid for parcel post) in the letterbox, causing the package to be damaged and our letterbox closing flap to be stuck and almost broken. Reported several times, but unfortunately only produces a very short/no improvement. Really sorry about this :-(

  At 7 p.m. the courier parks on a main road, which is one-way, with 2 high sidewalks and a ditch where no one can pass. The gentleman takes his package to an apartment (too lazy to drive around) 6 cars behind it waiting and angry! WORST IS: ambulance arrives urgently. Had to drive all the way backwards to then cross the cycle path. This resulted in a delay of at least 3 minutes! It's really scandalous, especially for your fellow human beings, to just have them wait behind you is just aso... But now that the Ambulance is involved, it's really terrible!

  Packages are delivered fine and on time, but..... why don't they just ring the doorbell these days? They just park the boxes in the porch and 3 days later you suddenly trip over them? Should I check it a few times a day to see if there's anything there or something? What are those guys thinking???

  I am not going to post a review for 1 lesser experience, but I have already experienced the irresponsible driving behavior of these couriers several times. Driving like idiots through built-up areas and on the highway is not much better and is mainly busy with tailgating and signals with high beams
