  I participated in a TRE workshop by Tessa and it was a very special experience. During the session I didn't really have any idea what was going to happen, but at the end your body knows exactly what it needs, which is very nice. Tessa guides you calmly and thinks nothing is too crazy. I felt very comfortable there. Nice first introduction to TRE in this way.

  Had a nice introduction to TRE in the introductory workshop. Gave me insights and the literal feeling of being able to let tensions vibrate away. Great guidance from Tessa in which you were able to explore and, above all, respect your own boundaries.

  Tessa is skilled, honest, very patient and radiates a lot of peace herself! This allows you to go through the TRE sessions with her in complete safety and that is very valuable. She really takes you through the entire process and listens carefully to what you need.

  Tessa is very involved and a great TRE provider. She takes you through your own process with gentleness and tranquility and ensures safety and trust. This allows you to look at deeper layers within yourself in a pleasant way. Moreover, it is also very pleasant to drink tea beforehand. This makes you feel right at home! The only downside as far as I'm concerned is the building where the practice is located. I think it has too businesslike an appearance because other companies are also housed there. But Tessa makes up for that with her professional approach.
