  Was very excited to finally have a good pair of trousers. Now it was already stretched after just trying it on at home, while when I tried it on in the store it fit well. I wanted to send it back after this and they didn't accept the pants because there was a stain on it, while it wasn't when I packed it. When I asked if they could send it back, I have to pay the shipping costs. I find it strange that it is such poor quality and don't know if I would come back. Too bad I was very enthusiastic in the store

  Bought blue trousers for €39.95 in November. After wearing 2-3 times already bubbles appear on the pants. Now after 4 months I can pretty much throw it away. Poor quality, very unfortunate!

  Yesterday I went to Tess V in Utrecht with my daughter. Nice and helpful girls in the store and super nice clothes on the racks. I thought the price-quality was excellent! We spent 150 euros on a very nice summer set, nice jeans and a great embroidered waistcoat. So until next time!

  I went to this store but I thought the clothing quality was very poor. The colors were way too bright and busy. Not really a contemporary trend. Price compared to quality was not worth it. The staff was also not really friendly or attentive to the customer, which I found strange because they just opened. I prefer to stay at the store (can't mention a name) that is nearby because I always get good advice there and the clothes fit nicely, are timeless and have much better quality in terms of fabric and last longer. Sorry Tess, but I think you still have a lot to learn to get on top in the fashion world. I'm afraid you're being too ambitious in prioritizing quantity over quality when it comes to the fashion industry. Shame. Hope that honest reviews are constructive for you to learn from them.   Visited the store for the first time today after having ordered online many times before. What a beautiful, cozy store with nice clothes and jewelry! Great items, completely to my taste. The pants I wanted were no longer available in my size, but the saleswoman helped me with ordering them online in my size. Finally pants that fit comfortably and are long enough! Top!
