  Got winter tyres today, appointment was at 10.15am, car wasn't ready until 2.30(!)pm, plus the other tyres were chucked in the car with no regard for the interior. People at the service desk wandered off. They didn't even bother with the tyre pressure.

  Lucas was a great help, explaining the essentials about electric driving and the car specifics (1st time driving electric) and then left us to the test-drive the model Y Dual motor which was absolutely spectacular.

  Picked up my Model 3. Great car, horrible delivery and service experience. Needed 6 months and a load of service appointments to get my car in decent shape. Anytime I go here with multiple issues they'll fix just one and upon returning my car act all surprised that they didn't fix the other ones.
