  Ordered a taxi in the morning to catch the first train at the station. The taxi did not show up which was very inconvenient as we had to catch a flight at Schiphol. After some calling back and forth and fifteen minutes later a taxi would arrive, but that took another 20 minutes. Not very convenient if you have to catch a train and a flight, so we had to immediately arrange our transport via another route. In short: unreliable service.
