  Excellent service, on time, transparent pricing, super availability and always always really friendly! Great to start the day with this team, they'll get you in a good mood in no time :) they took me to work and back to the hotel for an entire week. No problem whatsoever. Definitely going to call this service on the next trip to Eindhoven.

  Thank you for the great service with arranging my trip to the airport early in the morning at 4 am. I placed the reservation beforehand, but because I did not get any confirmation of my order I decided to contact Braintax directly via Whatsapp just to make sure my reservation got through correctly. The Customer Service immediately reacted and confirmed my reservation together with the telephone number of the driver. The reason behind the delay in confirmation was due to the high number of reservations at that moment. The taxi arrived exactly on time that I requested, the driver helped me with my luggage and brought me to the airport. Everything went smooth. Thanks again, and I am sure I will make the use of your services in the future!

  The service was easy to use, they respond very fast via WhatsApp. I needed a ride from the airport late at night and they were already waiting in the parking lot when I landed. There was a small miscommunication about the price but they helped me sort it out after contacting them. Overall I am satisfied and would use the service again.
