The menus at 1910 are not only first-class in their preparation, but are also aesthetically and skilfully presented. Each dish is a true masterpiece on the plate, a feast for the eyes and palate alike. The combination of flavours and the presentation of the dishes are hard to beat in their sophistication. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and the chef's creativity is evident in every dish. The menus are well thought out and offer a harmonious balance between different flavours. Whether traditional dishes with a modern twist or innovative creations, at 1910, the art of cookery is brought to life.

  The restaurant has a beautiful interior and offers a pleasant ambiance, but it seems that the atmosphere might overshadow the food itself. The service was friendly, although there were several mistakes, such as bringing a wine glass with every dish despite your clear indication that you weren't drinking, and an error with the bill. The food was presented nicely and served in generous portions for haute cuisine, but while it was tasty, it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the long waiting list.

  The food was nice, we also enjoyed the option to have a glass(or half) of wine for each course. They also took into account all our dietary preferences. We noticed that their "half" of the glass actually is 1/8 of the glass. And I would prefer to reduce the gaps between dishes, sometimes we have to wait. It also took them quite a lot of time to make a mojito, we even managed to finish the first dish and was really thirsty.

  We ordered 4 courses and matching wines to each course, everything was delicious and explained by great service. All the dishes looked like a small work of art. At the end of our visit one waiter showed us wine maps, and we are wine lovers so we were really impressed by his knowledge :) I will definitely come back here!
