  Satisfying overall experience. Helpful staff at the front desk. Thank you for the room upgrading after I noticed a door locking problem in the first room. The only negative point I noticed is the noise inside the room from the outside traffic. It gives you the impression that the window is permanently open. I haven't had the breakfast so I couldn't give an opinion on that. I recommend for the central location in Eindhoven

  The rooms are spacious, everything is clean, but you can see that the renovation has not been done for a long time (the white plastic is already completely yellowed), but everything is maintained at a good level. Ample and rich breakfast, kind and accommodating staff. Excellent location. Next to the station (can't hear it), the large football stadium, the city center with a street of shops and a street of clubs/bars and on the opposite side with an eastern street of eateries. The hotel is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

  Been here twice and both times there were issues. 1. The ground floor room I was in was close to the street and every car/motorcycle that is loud feels like it's in the room. The same goes for the police cars, ambulances and fire trucks. People gathering outside the entrance are also very easy to hear. 2. First I was sent to a room with a clogged sink and a weird smell. The 2nd room I was moved to was fine - clean, tidy and no weird smells. For sure it was cleaned more recently than the 1st. The phone in both wasn't working. I had to go to the reception multiple times, because for unknown reasons my room key didn't work.

  Nice typical Holiday Inn. Hotel with friendly personnel, offering spacious and quiet rooms. Rooms could be cleaner with few details in terms of hygiene. Parking at the hotel is not included in your room and will represent a 30% extra of your room cost daily, which is excessive. Well located, 200 meters away from the Central Train Station and city center.

  A lovely hotel centrally located with convenient public transportation access. The service is excellent, and the rooms are nicely decorated and clean. A full breakfast buffet is provided. The building shows some age, the staff are polite and ample parking is available.
