  We had a very bad experience at this hotel. It is true that we arrived a few minutes past midnight, but the owner was inside the building and he denied to do the check in. Moreover, he was extremely rude and kicked us out of the hotel. I never got back the money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

  Arrived late, so can't fault the key collecting experience. However, the first floor STANK of sulphur. Like the inside of a really old and really ill man. You could still smell it on the second floor where our room was. Room was nice, beds clean. Next to the toilet was perched, not a toilet brush, but a dish brush. Despite being called a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast available, so we left hungry. On the upside there are several cafes open til about 11 to get your smoke on.

  First off. It is not a B&B. It is a small hotel. There is no breakfast included. In fact the Restuarant is closed during breakfast times. Parking is on the street where ever you can find it. What is the deal with a pot scrub brush on the floor by the toilet? Buy a proper toilet brush. Otherwise the hotel is ok as long as you can handle very steep and narrow stairs up to your room. The staff is very nice and that makes up for most of the shortcomings except for not getting the promised breakfast.

  We took a short trip to Eindhoven and chose this B&B. Well, it is what it is, a place to spend the night. But nothing else. The beds were okay and the sheets seemed clean. Some other interior was a little dusty. We booked the room with own bathroom. The bathroom itself had a shower and a toilet. The sink was located in the room next to the bathroom door. Strange, but okay. What was indeed a problem was a large window in the bathroom right across the busy street and some other houses. When you use the toilet, be ready to be on display. A foil could solve the problem. Also, there was a dish washing brush as a toilet brush lying on the floor. What is that? It was freezing cold in there, the radiator was on minimum, although set on max. We did not get any information on breakfast, so we didn't have there. All together the owner seemed a little unorganized. The bar and the street were audible, but the later, the more quiet. If you are going by car, you will find parking spaces around, but not exactly at the hotel.

  I booked through booking a room with private bathroom and at the location we received shared bathroom. I was upset and the receptionist told us is the booking's website problem. I complained to booking and they said is rented through a partenered booking site so they could not do anything. I think it's a known exploited problem by the owners.
