Booked 1 month ago. Arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in today, but they cancelled my reservation (apparently yesterday) without informing me. Since the hotel now was fully booked I had to find another hotel last minute. Terrible experience.

The so-called deluxe room is just a standard hotel room. As is often the case in this type of hotel, it was very warm and humid, so I woke up sweating with a headache. Even in the breakfast restaurant, it was as hot as a sauna, despite it being only 5°C outside.

The rooms are nice but they are not clea Ed properly. One empty cap of coffee was left in the room for 3 days they were leaving the towels exactly where they were left in the morning. The windows dirty

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – you can even walk to the city center, which was very convenient. The parking is free and gated, providing extra security, especially for guests. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with enough variety to start the day well. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay it feels like home, comfortable room, nice smart tv and the bathroom and toilet very clean I will definitely visit again.
