  Worst experience using Flixbus. Bus was 30 mins later than scheduled which caused me to miss my appointment in The Hague. I did not get on the bus and Flixbus refused to refund because the bus was not more than 2 hours late. How is 2 hours late before you get a refund at all reasonable? Dissapointing service and I will never use nor recommend them again. If you want to get somewhere on time I do not recommend you use Flixbus.

  Easy to find, just walk to the right from the central station, flixbus is placed next to the flying pins. There is also a park near, where you can waste some time. Though if the bus is late, it might be a problem, especially on a cold days. There is no cafe or wc close. Luckily the bus to Amsterdam was on time, but there was no seats from 14 to 20 numbers. It was confusing, the driver was relaxed - "just sit somewhere"), the bus was full but at least enough place for all the travellers

  An ideal bus stop when traveling to Eindhoven. It’s in a great location, and you can wait in a covered bus stop.

  Flixbus! Went to my destination safely but bus was arrived 40 minutes later than expected. Next day after my arrival, I received a notice from the bus company that my way back to home has been cancelled! I had to find alternative routes with extra cost! This is not fair to let passengers putting into a difficult position. Luckily I wasn’t too far away from the Netherlands. I hope flixbus company keep their promises to all passengers.
