  I ordered a couch on November 9th. The salesman in the store assured us that we would receive the order at the beginning of January.Only that's why we decided to buy this sofa. We are still waiting. Now we received a call that the couch will probably be in mid-March… cheating customers. I do not recommend.

  DISUGSTED by after-sale services, customer support, delivery time. End of October we were told 10-12 weeks possibly 14 because of holidays. 16 weeks later we still don’t have any information about our furniture. When I called customer support the answer was always the same: “We don’t know”. When I asked in store the answer was “We don’t know, we cannot help you”. On top of all that salesman did not mention the fact that they can legally be late 4 weeks extra. So, basically, we are waiting 4 months and still know nothing about ordered items. 0/10 Avoid at all costs. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  You CANNOT see products on SALE , HE show other products and it's more EXPENSIVE , my experience today with the only one employer from whole shop wasn’t nice cause he make the price by his self , there are not the original price Unfortunately, the product variety is not enough. There are many alternative stores around and spend your time there. I drive 50 km , cauSE I really thought that are discount at the shop , as they show on the advertising , but unfortunately not , on the advertising and also on the show-room the price is 800€ but when you choose the same colour from the show-room and not any changes the price become 1500€ ( with discount , he said 😁 ) I do understand could be the price higher when you change the colour or the fabric from the sofa , bellow there is the sofa which the price from show room it said 800€ , but when I wanted to buy the price become 1500€ 🥹

  There is NO customer service at all. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!! They should sell at least 3 times cheaper for absolute absence of service. 1. They delayed delivery by 1 week vs what we agreed for. 2. Out of 4 chairs 1 chair came USED (it costs 250 EUR!!!!!) - see photos. I left complaint 16 September. After 4 reminders and pushes they delivered chair 25th November, but it was also used and with plastic wheels instead of silicone which they sell in the shop. Now it's been 2 weeks since I'm calling them and trying to get the chair I paid for.
