  As always it was a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. They paid great attention to detail and make sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. My nails look absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The salon is always clean, stylish, and relaxing—definitely a place I’ll be returning to. Highly recommended

  Remco I have been coming to this salon for a while now to get my hair and eyebrows done. Remco does exactly what is requested and also provides suggestions on what would suit you the best. I got a hair cut and colouring done multiple times from him. Definitely will keep going here!

  Unfortunately lashes are very badly made, first of all it's far from chosen method, second- half of them are glued to my eyelid instead of lashes, lashes are not separated like they should be, which after couple of h started to couse pain, today in the morning my all eyes are swollen and red, and lashes.. omg. Had them immediately removed by other salon which took 1.5h, this is how bad it was. Called them but refund was declined, wrote couple of emails and all were ignored. They asked me to come to HELMOND for new set. I wrote review on Treatwell and they dared to answer it was my fault because "I was moving"- no I wasn't, my eyelids were shaking because of tapes. If you can't do the job properly than say it and don't do instead of charging 94€. And moving eyelids aren't a reason for gluing chunk of lashes wherever they land-most on skin or not separated lashes!! Not to mention in my booking I wrote I want thick LONG lashes- to find out when I came they have only 15mm

  For many years I visited this salon, the service was always good and friendly. On my last review I gave 5 🌟, however after visiting last week 1 🌟 is frankly more than enough. The hair dresser completely ignore the request on how I wanted the hair cut, disrespected my indications regarding how much I wanted cut, I highlighted I did not want the hair much shorter than what I had, did not care and cut as much as he wanted. I entered with hair longer than the middle of my back and left with hair by the shoulders, very far from my request. But the worst was that the cut was not even good or even, was first time I when to a salon and felt uglier than I enter, completely ruined the all experience of getting your hair done. For a long hair like I had the cut took less than 10min so impossible to have a good outcome. The hair dresser was sick with nose running when make the service, in result next day I wake up also sick and have been like that for the last days. I truly liked this salon, but with the current hair dresser I will certainly not return, he is not someone I want touching my hair again.

  I went do this salon to get my nails done but I am not satisfied from the manicure. It was not done professionally. The products they were using werent clean. They didnt have the nail polish colours that i wanted to choose, I informed the person who was doing my nails that i can feel the nail glue under my nails, but she didnt do anything about it.. The french manicure isnt done accurately. I paid 64€ and the quality isnt worth the price. I wont come here again.
