We called a taxi for 6:00 in the morning to get the first ferry. 6:05 I called as nobody was showing up. They just answered that they are on the way. We had a tight schedule and I didn’t trust the guy after reading the other reviews here. At the end we took the bus to go sure.

Very bad service! Introduced myself politely and asked if the taxi was on its way, since it was already 10 minutes past the agreed time... I got the following response: WHO? WHAT? WHERE!? Not normal... We booked a taxi 3 times, 2 of which arrived too late! And 1 didn't arrive at all! The price was €22.27... after which the taxi driver himself made it €24.50! Very antisocial! Every time you call you almost get cursed at! It is enormously overpriced! You pay double the price as with other taxi companies on Terschelling! All in all, don't order a taxi here! Very amateurish company!

Very rude on the phone. Asked politely for a price and he said he could be there in 15 minutes. I wanted to confirm that and complete the reservation, but suddenly it remains silent on the other end of the line. Because the range can sometimes be poor with my phone, I say 'hello?' after about 10 seconds. Are you still there?' whereupon the apparently irritated gentleman starts a whole tirade on the phone about how people are always harping on about 'all that nonsense' and a few other things. I strongly advise you not to call/book this taxi. If a gentleman does not have the patience as a taxi driver (I am a taxi driver myself) to speak to his customers in a normal manner because someone is irritated with the traffic (and is driving), this certainly does not improve safety!
