  Left my mobile phone in the taxi at Schipol airport. I contacted Taxi Brouwer and they found the Taxi and returned my phone within 30 minutes. Very grateful as this must have been an annoyance. Thank you.

  I made a reservation for 7:30am the next morning through the website. Their call line had closed for the day but they still re-called me to confirm and were at my hotel on the dot for pickup! Driver was friendly as well. Superbly happy and satisfied.

  I made a reservation for a taxi to pick me up from Schiphol Airport. After arriving at the meeting location, the chofer was nowhere to be found. I tried to contact them multiple times, through their telephone number and email address, and after almost one hour I managed to speak with somebody. Surprisingly, the taxi driver left without me, without trying to neither find me or call me. While the cars they drive might be nice, they are worthless if they don’t pick you up. Will never use again, and will never recommend them.

  Only good experiences, friendly drivers well dressed good quality cars. I left my keys in the cab and they kept it for me till I could pick them up. Highly recommend

  Horrible company and customer service. Driver was late picking me up from Schiphol airport. I should have canceled my return, and opted for Uber on the way back to the airport but decided to give them a second chance. Once again, however, driver was over 15 minutes late picking me up from the hotel to take me to the airport. I called customer service BOTH times, and they nonchalantly brushed me off with “the driver will be there soon.” If they knew the driver was running late, why didn’t they proactively reach out to me? Extremely unacceptable. I will never use this company again!
