  Absolutely love this venue. Was my first time here this weekend just gone. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room downstairs was amazing! Had 1 of the best nights of my life there Saturday night! The sound system is crazy ! The vibe was beautiful. I'm 41 and been all around London clubbing and drinking. But this place, was special. Love it. Thank you 😊 🙏❤️

  Amazing service by Beth, as soon as we walked in we were greeted welcomed and had an excellent customer service from start to finish. Attention to detail was given by Beth noticed everything and very attentive. We were vey pleased and surely will be coming again here, lovely staff and a great atmosphere! Thank you so much!

  Great place to start the day. TV to watch football, whilst having some drinks and nibbles playing pool for a few hours. Venue is done to a high standard aswell. Good place to come with your mates for 2/3 hours. Haven't been at night yet but heard good things.

  We paid £45 per person for the pool package (£90). This included food and 1hr of drinks. On arrival we were greeted by security and the bar staff who were pleasant. We were shown to our seating area and pool table. The decor was very nice so was the ambience. Our initial thought when we booked the package was that it would be a luxury, chilled mature vibe. This changed soon after. We were given the menu. One of us chose the pizza and the other a burger with chips. For drinks we had Corona and rosé (the rosé was not included but due to special dietary requirements, it was provided). The quality of food was very basic for the price which we paid. The drinks were okay, however more choices should have been offered. On the night they had an event (party) in a room down stairs. This led to a lot of youngsters people (approximately 18 - 23 year olds) showed up which wasn't an issue at first. as we are both 32. However, we had people sitting at our designated seating area and others asking us if they could have the next game of pool. We ended up not finishing our food as a result of people sitting at our designated area and feeling it was unsafe to eat the food. We had to ask for a new drink and we were constantly moving our bags. The remaining of the night was spent explaining to other guest that we paid £90 for the experience so it's not an option for them to have a turn. The staff should have sectioned off our area and put a sign or created a path for the other guests so they didn't get in the way. I strongly believe we didn't receive the service we paid for nor was it what we expected. The concept would have been nice but the execution was extremely poor.
