  I felt very discriminated against. My appointment was not completed because the lady thought walking twice was too much. And I was also not helped by her other colleague, even though she had first promised to help me and then she went to her colleague to ask for help. Then she decided not to help me. I didn't feel heard or respected. Really a shame
