  “Great service”, you call at 16:54 they already disconnect you, since I’m imaging they work until 5PM?! And God forbid they stay a minute longer to assist you with a question! Scandalous! Just to remind ABNAMRO that they charge a month fee for their services, they might want to rethink how they treat their clients!

  Confirming all negative reviews below, worst ever customer service. It is never possible to get anything decided in your favour even if they make an obvious mistake. Just today I spent half an hour explaining that they billed me twice for the same service only to hear that - no refund is not possible

  My partner works here and I visited him for few hours. Great decor! This image was taken outside of their entrance towards the reception. calm and silent campus. Great welcoming staff at the reception. The best thing is that they provide sustainable reusable cups for the visitors as well for coffee or tea.

  One more review about ABN AMRO service for expats. There is no way to make a bank account for expat (I am in NL for 3 years already). After you went through the all registration steps, photos and scan ID card you will get reject without a reason. Support line tell you to do it again, but mobile app throws to an unknown error and you can do nothing. Disinformation on a site, great marketing - not working product. 0 support, one-way direction company.

  I guess this review should be a review about the building (location, facilities, staff, etc.) and not so much a review about ABN AMRO’s service. Positive and negative experience with the bank, its policies, thinks that happened in the past are important to share but share them with the people you deal with and on the correct platform. The ABN AMRO building is located at the busy highway A10 going into Amsterdam. Parking at the building is only available after a reservation is made. It’s big and easy to drive in and park. Front desk staff is friendly and the office has lots of different rooms to hold a conference or just a (in)formal discussion. Ranging from 2/250 people. The building has a main restaurant (staff only) and a couple of smaller food outlets offering the essentials. There is also an option for lunch/dinner at a real restaurant on the 23rd floor of the A-tower. This is invite only! The building has a lot of art in its main hallways and the reception and offers smaller seating areas for people to work in. Conclusion; a modern head office of a corporate.
