  Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with swimming lessons at ZPC de Watervlo. First of all, the communication is poor: except on viewing days, you are not kept informed of the progress of the swimming lessons. We were provided with incorrect information during the viewing lesson, which created incorrect expectations. If your child goes off the deep end, you as a parent can no longer see this (through the window). After 2 years of swimming lessons for the A diploma, the end was not yet in sight (that is a common complaint from parents). While our child was water-free at the start and could be instructed well. Then we decided to have another swimming school take a look: it turns out that the breaststroke was taught incorrectly at the Water Flea! Our son had to learn this again, which resulted in an extra six months of swimming lessons (and extra costs). I complained about this to the Waterflo. In the beginning I received a quick response: numbers were being waved around. No apology or compensation. They wanted to contact the instructor of our new swimming school, but unfortunately he was never contacted. I have also not received any response to my emails since then. Scandalous! We misunderstood that swimming teaching is a profession and not a side job, as is the case with the Watervlo. Moreover, the Water Flea is not affiliated with the National Swimming Diploma. I now know why. Not recommended!

  This swimming pool has come up with a whole strategy for corona policy. Clear and it works. Furthermore, clean and friendly staff
