  Poor service! no proper response from customer service even after a week! no reply at all! there is no escalation matrix! Poor edit: 25-nov-2024 I called them and tried many times , every person is useless and not helpful, they have not send the account statement to me yet!

  This company should not be allowed to operate.. absolute joke. Had an agreement and they sent emails trying to get me to pay for bills earlier. Even though an agreement had already been reached. I wonder if they operate legally and ethically. I'm still concerned that they could be scammers. They do not handle business professional at all.

  This is an unethically managed company that mismanages its staff its customers and which deserves to be penalized by clients and regulators. It is owned by Hedge fund types and used to hype market dynamics without true value creation. I hope regulators and people looking for jobs who read this take this seriously and read through all the comments to assess for themselves.

  They sent me the invoice. I never had adebts with T MOBILE. Never had atonement, device or sim card. They sent me 800e because we dont pay to Tmobile. Will go to police and court and advocate.

  Scammers!!! They sent me everyday invoice pensioenfondsen and never registered I don’t know why they sending me a paper, unprofessional, I give 1 star but they deserve 0 star.
