  Very poor communication. If I pay off the entire amount early, you will not receive a confirmation email and if you call about it, the person on the phone will not talk about it and the person who is talking about it will not be there or will not be available, just send an email and the answer will be there, you will not get an answer after 1 day and if you call about it, yes, you will only get a response after 3 working days. 1 star is indeed too much

  My new car was financed through this company. As long as you pay as agreed, everything goes well. When I wanted to pay my redemption balance, I received three different redemption balances from three different employees and, as if this wasn't strange enough, not a single amount that I received matched the payment schedule that I received when taking out the financing. The first and the last time. Not recommended.
