    We sat here for lunch on a sunny winter day. The terrace is beautiful, cozy and a perfect spot to sit. The food took quite a while to arrive but it was relaxing to sit so not so bad. We had sandwiches which were all tasty but a bit on the smaller side. The steak sandwich was as well made and came with a burger bun which was very good. They also have gluten free bread available but didn’t toast it for the sandwich. We had a gluten free club sandwich which was tasty but seemed smaller than if you had it with normal bread (probably because the gluten free bread is smaller). We also had a cheese toasty. Overall a great spot to come and relax with a chilled lunch. Expect to wait a bit for food when it is busy

    Had a nice lunch at Mauve. Really impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. Had the Vol-au-Vent…soooo delicious…comfort food

    The location is excellent. Under the trees and in city center you get the Dutch vibe. Great spot to people watch. If the weather does not cooperate, or rhe outside terrace is full, inside dining room is excellent. Attentive staff with a can do attitude and the very nice food choices , make it a spot to return to regularly when in town.

    Nice outdoor seating area, but on the expensive side. They have nice tea and the lunch was also good. However, I missed the fact that there was a poffetjeskraam across the street in the park, otherwise I would have chosen that option.

    Awesome place and location - service had a chip on their shoulder but other than that and the waiting for service, it was good
